After conducting a detailed enquiry, the second respondent closed the complaint, as no cognizable offence is made out to register the First Information Report, dated 29.11.2024. If at all there is any grievance over the Closure Notice passed by the second respondent, the petitioner can very well approach the jurisdictional court by way of a private complaint.
