On the last date of hearing, counsel for the appellant(s) stated that he was no longer in touch with the appellant(s) in all the present four appeals and prayed for issuance of notice to the appellant(s). Accordingly, notices were issued to the appellant(s) for today but notices in FAO Nos.2745 to 2747 of 2006 have been received back with the report that no such person is residing at the given address and in FAO No.2748-2006, notice could not be issued to the appellant as he is residing at abroad.
In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the appeals pending indefinitely. Accordingly, these appeals are disposed of and are consigned to the record room with liberty to get it revived as and when required.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
