It appears that in the order dated 14th August 2025 in paragraph 5 at page no.2 line no.3 the name of the concerned rule has been incorrectly recorded as “West Bengal School Service Commissioner (General Transfer, Transfer on Special Grounds and Reallocation) Rules, 2015”. The same should be corrected to read as “West Bengal Primary Education (Transfer of Teachers including Head Teacher) Rules, 2002. The aforesaid mistake appears to be a typographical error. 2.
