ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner herein/A1, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.90 of 2024 on the file of Chinturu P.S., registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS, Act.
Brief facts of the case are that, on 04.12.2024 at about 06.00 PM, on
2. receipt of credible information, the Sub-inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators rushed to Opposite Chinturu P.S., Chinturu Mandal and while conducting vehicle checking, found the A-1 transporting 82 Kgs of Ganja on vehicle bearing No. AP 26 AG 8788 at the instance of A-2. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. Accused No.2 was absconding. A case has been registered against the accused. Heard

3. Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Perused the material on record. The petitioner herein was arrested on 04.12.2024 and since then he has
4. been in judicial custody. The quantity of contraband involved in present crime is 82 Kgs of Ganja, which is a commercial quantity. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the case is still under investigation and some more In view of the aforesaid
facts and witnesses are to be examined.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that the very same petitioner filed CrI.P.No. 960 of 2025 seeking regular bail which is not listed in Annexure-lll, Registry is directed to place a note before the Hon’ble the Chief Justice for obtaining necessary orders.
