Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that Petitioner’s mother (respondent No.5) filed written report dated 31.5.2021 before the Police, against her husband and son.Petitioner also gave complaint against her father and brother. Basing on the petitioner’s mother’s report, a case in Crime No.238 of 2021 is registered and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
