JUSTICE PRADEEP SINGH YERUR) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents. 3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 23.06.2025 vide Annexure-C pertaining to the stage decoration services including provision of tent and stage rendered for a Government program organized pursuant to Government Order dated 04.03.2024. 4. The petitioner, a businessman operating under the name “Karan Decorates” at Gayakanawadi, states that he provided tent (Shamiyana) measuring 25,200 square feet and a stage of 1,925 square feet for the above said - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8679 WP No. 104187 of 2025 Government program held on 12.03.2024, intended to provide information regarding Government Guarantee Schemes. The said services were engaged by Respondent No.2 and the petitioner incurred expenses from his own resources. A bill amounting to ₹.1,60,800/- dated 12.03.2024 was submitted by him and duly approved and sanctioned by Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 5. However, despite repeated requests and representations, the said amount has not been sanctioned, leading to financial hardship to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has approached before this Court. 6. Learned AGA submits that the representation will be considered, provided reasonable time is granted. 7. In view of the above, I pass the following: ORDER i) The petition is allowed. ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8679 WP No. 104187 of 2025 representation dated 23.06.2025(Annexure-C) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
