This is second bail application moved by the applicant in relation to Case Crime No. 61 of 2024, wherein the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of BNS Act registered at P.S. Rudraprayag District Rudraprayag. 4. First bail application was rejected on 04.03.2025. 5. The ground taken in the second bail application is that after rejection of first bail application charge sheet has been filed on 28.03.2025, therefore, there is no need of custodial interrogation of the present applicant. 6. Learned counsel for the State has not disputed this fact that the charge sheet has already been filed and there is no need of custodial interrogation of the present applicant. 7. After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 8. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case the bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant-Amit Kumar be released on bail on his executing personal bond and furnishing to local 2025:UHC:3201 sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 10.
