2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 432/2024 arising out of Patan P.S. Case No. 65/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. r/w Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau, Daltonganj.
3. On 31.05.2024, at about 07:00 p.m., brother of the informant namely Yogendra Yadav was shot dead by co-accused Dilip Paswan. It is alleged that other persons had caught hold of him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Amit Paswan has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 10491 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.
5. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P. assisted by Md. Zaid Ahmed,
learned counsel for the Informant, has opposed the prayer for bail. It was submitted that three witnesses have been examined in this case.
6. Considering the fact that co-accused Upendra Paswan has been granted bail by this Court, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with S.T. Case No. 432/2024 arising out of Patan P.S. Case No. 65/2024.
