Heard Sri P Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned counsel for the respndent Nos.1, 3 and 6 and learned counsel for resopndent No.8 are present. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the petitioner’s complaints dated 27.11.2021 and 06.12.2021 were duly enquired by the police and the Panchayat authorities and found that the issue is relating to laying of water connections and the alleged damage to the road and pipelines was already repaired by the concerned individuals at their own costs, and therefore the complaint was closed after enquiry. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
