The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A) To issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or Order directing the respondent no.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 16.01.2025 and direct them to regularize the service of the petitioner with retrospective effect from 19.02.2010 and to grant service benefits from the date of appointment, which is produced at Annexure-A and B respectively. B. And also pass such other and further relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit considering the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice. 3. The petitioner had made a representation to respondent Nos.1 and 2 on 16/1/2025 for regularisation of their services. The same not having been considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. Whenever any representation is submitted by a citizen to an authority, it is the duty of that authority to consider the same in accordance with law, either accepting or rejecting the request, and pass an order within a reasonable time.
