As there is a circular to take possession within a period of 2 days and since the application for stay has not been considered, it requires us to interfere in the case. Hence, the direction is given to the respondent no. 2 to decide the appeal within a period of two weeks, till then the respondent no. 5 shall not take possession of the property. 3.
