Despite service of notice, the respondent/husband, has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel. The respondent is called and set exparte. 3. The petitioner claims that she works at the District Collectorate Office at Tiruvallur and it would be inconvenient for her to attend the proceedings before the Family Court, Puducherry, which is more than 200 Kilometers away from her place of residence. 4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I am satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this transfer application. 5.
