1. Heard Mr. Himanshu Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Sakib Ahmed, learned Panel Lawyer for MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.07.05 12:01:13 +0530
2 the respondents No.1 / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash/set aside the Ordersheet of criminal case no.20311/2025, Entire Chargesheet No. 110/2025 including F.I.R NO. 817/2024, in the interest of Justice.”
3. From perusal of the relief prayed for in the present petition, it transpires that the same is a defective one as the counsel for the petitioner has not mentioned any particulars of the FIR and charge-sheet and further the order passed by the trial Court taking cognizance of the offence on the basis of the charge-sheet filed against the petitioner has also not been challenged by the petitioner and he has only drafted a vague and sketchy prayer, in a casual manner and has wasted the precious time of the Court. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner tenders his apology and prays to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government School for Visual and Hearing Impaired, Tifra, District- Bilaspur (C.G.). 6. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1 / State is present. 3
