This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner, seeking the following relief:

Heard Smt.S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 15.12.2022 passed interim order directing respondent No.3 to assist the Petitioner in ensuring the compliance of the
Judgment/decree of the Junior Civil Judge, Palamaner dated 24.06.2016 in OS No.278 of 2001 pending further orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner is in attendance.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order dated 15.12.2022 is made as absolute. No order as to costs.
