1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1 To direct the Learned Family Court, Bilaspur to take necessary steps and conclude proceedings under Section 125(3) CrPC/144(3) BNSS registered as MJC 748/2024 (Smt Madhu Kerwani and Ors Vs Suresh Kerwani) in a time bound manner. 2 10.2 The Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct that arrest warrant be issued against the respondent for recovery of Maintenance amount. 10.3 Any other relief which the Hon'ble court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an application under Section 125(3) of CrPC has been moved by the petitioner No. 1/wife for recovery of amount to the tune of Rs. 1,68,000/- and the same is pending
consideration before the learned Family Court, Bilaspur. He would pray for a direction to the said authority to conclude the pending proceeding expeditiously.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose.

5. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Tiwari, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Learned Family Court, Bilaspur to conclude the proceeding of MJC 748/2024 expeditiously.
