The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11205 of 2025, whereby the petitioner had been granted the anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender within four weeks. 3. By the present application, the petitioner prays for extension of time to surrender. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in this application, I am not inclined to modify my earlier order. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders and seek regular bail, the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
