As per the instruction, he submitted that now the order of writ Court has been complied with and representation of applicant has been rejected vide order dated 07.07.2025, therefore, present application may be dismissed infructious. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is disposed of. 7. Notices are discharged. 8. Let the file be consigned to record. 9. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 07.07.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
