Advocate General, Punjab. ..… SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The present petition in the shape of Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been moved essentially raising the alleged public cause that a particular poultry farm, having a bird strength of about 20,000, is situated within 20 meters from the residential area of Village Jagdev Kalan, District Amritsar, and therefore causes pollution. 2. In this regard, the petitioner has already made representations dated 17.04.2025 and 19.04.2025 (Annexures P-5 and P-7) to the respondent-Punjab Pollution Control Board which appears to have not yet been decided. 3.
