JUSTICE PRADEEP SINGH YERUR) 1. Learned AGA is accepts notice to the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a businessman engaged in decoration work under the name “Ganesh Decorates” in Kagal. The petitioner provided decorates work for a Government program organized on 12.03.2024, intended to distribute information regarding Government Guarantee Schemes. The said program was organized in accordance with the Government Order dated 04.03.2024 issued by respondent No.2. In the said program, the petitioner incurred expenses from his own resources for executing decoration work. The petitioner submitted a bill for Rs.1,32,500/- on 12.03.2024 for the services rendered, which was duly approved and passed for payment by the competent authorities i.e. Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 4. However, despite repeated requests and representations, the said amount has not been released, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8735 WP No. 104191 of 2025 resulting in financial hardship to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 5. Learned AGA representing the State submits that the representation so made by the petitioner would be considered if reasonable time is granted. Under the circumstances, I pass the following: ORDER i) The petition is allowed. ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025, as per Annexure-C and pass suitable orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
