GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the 2 inaction on the part of the respondents No. 4 and 5 in registering a crime one on the complaint, dated, 18-08-2025 submitted by petitioner as arbitrary. Illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast upon them, colorable exercise of power and voilative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.4 and 5 to register basing on the complaint, dated 18-08-2025 given by petitioner.” 2.
