The petition is for the following reliefs: “(A) Issue a Writ/ Order/ Direction m the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to provide High Risk Security in terms of the Standing Order No, AP/03/2022 issued by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi during transportation from Jail to Ld. Trial Court, Jail to Hospital and Vice- Versa” 2. The Court has considered the communication dated 28.03.2025 made by the ACP/ADJ to the Superintendent, Central Jail and finds that separate Kharja facility has already been provided to the petitioner on 18.08.2023. 3. It has also transpired that the escorting staff had been briefed properly to take all safety and security measure during the transportation of the petitioner from Jail to Court and vice-versa on Court dates. If the petitioner feels any specific threat/ apprehension to his safety and security, he should immediately inform the lock-up/jail van staff for taking necessary action. 6. In view of the aforesaid, as of now, the Court is not inclined to direct any high risk security as the same requires deployment of sufficient manpower and jail van etc. which otherwise, are not readily available with the respondent authorities. 7.
