The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: 1. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or in nature of any other writ directing the respondent no.2 to pass an order to consider the representation to make payment of salary for said period vide Annexure-B. 2. Pass such orders as this Hon’ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the petitioner shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been paid salary from May-2024 to July-2024.
