Counsel for the Petitioner: P V RAMANA Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME SRK, J WP No.32351 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram, to dispose of IA filed in OS No.8 of 2025 for grant of interim injunction in respect of suit schedule property. 2. Ms. V. Santhi Sree, learned counsel, representing Sri P.V. Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner herein filed the said suit for permanent injunction and along with the said suit he also filed an IA for grant of interim injunction in respect of suit schedule property. She further submits that in spite of lapse of more than three (3) months, the trial Court is not taking up the IA. Hence, she prays for early disposal of the said IA. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram, is directed to dispose of injunction petition filed in OS No.8 of 2025, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
