The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 540 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered in front of the shop of the co-accused Deep Prakash Singh. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners. He further submits that the petitioners have been implicated in this case only on disclosure of their name by the co-accused Deep Prakash Singh. Petitioners claim Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44198 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, 2nd, Patna , in connection with Pirbahore P.S.
