The petitioners who are employees of Kapston Services Ltd. i.e. Man Power Agency deployed in wine shop run by the State Government, has filed this petition assailing order dated 16.06.2025 passed by respondent No. 5/ District Excise Officer by which they have been removed from service. 2. Since the petitioners are employees of private agency and working under respondent No. 6/CSMCL, therefore, the writ petition before this Court is not maintainable. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to them before the appropriate forum. 4.
