This appeal is directed against an order dated 09.04.2025 passed by learned Single Judge, whereby, notices have been issued to the private respondent against whom interim relief has been sought. From the tenor of the order of learned Single Judge it is apparent that notices have been issued to the fifth respondent as grant of relief, in the facts of the case amounted to grant of final relief. In such view of the matter no interference is warranted in this appeal. However, we request the learned Single Judge to consider the prayer made in the writ, as per his Lordships earliest convenience. This observation is warranted as 5th respondent has been continued in service on the letter of a MLA, even without any selection and the selection proposed is shelved to accommodate the fifth respondent.
