Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the District Magistrate, Jhansi to renew the Arms License No. 328 of 2006 of Police Station Todi Fatehpur, District Jhansi having D.B.B.L. Gun 12 Bore No. 33705-04, UTN- 602001690262014 of the petitioner. 2. It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that necessary decision will be taken by the respondent no.2 expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Jhansi to take appropriate decision on the review application of Arms License strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
