The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the petitioner/respondent, seeking to call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.214 of 2024 in F.C.O.P.No.185 of 2024 on the file of the learned Family Court-cum- VII Additional District Court, Ananthapuramu and consequently quash the same. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4.
