Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1543 of 2025 in Crime No.169 of 2025 which is pending on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Excise Court, Eluru. Learned counsel would further submit 2 that a direction for disposal of their petition since it is filed seeking release of the money from the seized accounts. 4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reported no objection. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the concerned Magistrate Court is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1543 of 2025 in Crime No.169 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.
