Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(4) (5) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih.
On 21.12.2024, petitioner and co-accused persons were arrested by Birni Police from a place near Tato Ghuji Forest.
It was submitted that firearms were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he had got no criminal antecedents.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024.
