Sheikh, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on prayer made and on being directed by this Court, another respondent has been impleaded in these proceedings. However, since the petitioner would seek specific relief against the newly impleaded respondent, therefore, the petition has to be suitably amended to incorporate such prayer. To this extent, prayer is made for amendment of the writ petition. 2. This Court on consideration of the submission made, is in 2025:MLHC:111 3 agreement with the learned counsel for the petitioner and therefore, will allow the prayer made so as to enable the petitioner to amend the instant writ petition. 3.
