GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent Nos.5 in not registering the FIR, complaint dt.31.08.2023 given by the 1st petitioner herein against the respondent No.6 which is illegal,arbitrary and also violation of violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5th respondent herein to registered the FIR in terms of guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LalithaKumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others (2014) 2 SCC 1.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint of one Kuruva Ramya, a case in Crime No.201 of 2022 on the file of Midthur Police Station, for the offences under Sections 341, 506 and 509 IPC has been registered against Petitioner No.1 and her husband. It is further submitted that, to overcome the said case, the Petitioners have given the present complaint. As such, Police have not registered any case based on the complaint given by the Petitioners. 3. Sri Subrahmanyam Daraboyina, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 3 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
