1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for following reliefs:-

“10.1. That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to produce entire record pertaining to the petitioner’s case.
10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent no.2 to carry out a lawful process of Demarcation with regard to land bearing Khasra No.323/1 and 323/4, rakba 0.0390 and 0.120 Hector and necessary steps may be taken in accordance with law.
10.3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent No.2 to comply with the notice dated 17.03.2025.
10.4. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent No.2 to decide the representation (P/3) filed by the petitioner.
10.5. Any other relief in discretion of this Hon’ble Court”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that notice was issued to petitioner for demarcation of land as mentioned therein, however, since 17.3.2025 demarcation proceeding is pending and not concluded. Petitioner submitted representation before respondent No.2 to 4 for a direction to conclude demarcation proceedings, however, till date no decision has been taken on it. Therefore, he prays that a direction may be issued to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner within specified time.
3. Learned State Counsel would submit that looking to limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner that a direction be issued to respondents No.2 to 4 to decide pending
3 representation of petitioner, she is having no objection in grant of such relief.
4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for petitioners and also considering limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner, without commenting anything on merits of case of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 10.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
