1. Petitioners have filed this writ petition praying for following reliefs:-
“10.1. That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to produce entire record pertaining to the petitioner’s case.
10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent no.3 to stop the construction of Iron Grill in private land of petitioners bearing Khasra No.308/1, 309/1, 311, 312/1, 312/3, 312/4, 316/2, 317, 319/5, 319/6, 319/9, 319/10, 319/14 and 327, Sitauted Juna Bilaspur, Tahsil & District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh 10.3 Any other relief in discretion of this Hon’ble Court”
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent No.3 is installing iron grill on private land of petitioners without following due process of law against which petitioners have
3 already submitted representations, Annexure P-2, however, till date no decision has been taken on it and therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.2 and 3 to take decision on pending representations of petitioner within specified time.
3. Learned State Counsel would submit that main grievance of the petitioners is against the action on the part of respondent No.2 and 3 for whom she is not appearing.
4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 and 3 would submit that looking to limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner that a direction be issued to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide pending representation of petitioners, he is having no objection in grant of such relief.
5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for petitioners and also considering limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioners, without commenting anything on merits of case of petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take decision on pending representations of petitioners (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
