Advocates General, for the respondent/State. CMP No.905 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicants. Non-applicants have no objection, if in case the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1-Narender Thakur are ordered to be brought on record. Respondent No.1 is stated to have died on 07.09.2020. The same is evident from the death certificate appended along with the application. Application has been filed on behalf of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. The right to sue inheres in the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. The details of the legal heirs have been given in para 3 of the application. The same are in consonance with the legal heir certificate appended along with the application. In view of the aforesaid, application is allowed and legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 are ordered to brought on record. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.22650 of 2024 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicants. Non-applicants have no objection, if in case the money lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1(a) and respondents No.2 and 3. In view of the aforesaid, the amount, which is lying deposited with the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released to respondents No.1(a) and respondents 2 & 3 in terms of shares along with the proportionate interest accrued thereupon, details whereof have been given in para 4 of the application, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 6 of the application, subject to proper verification of their identities.
