No. 15197 of 2021 and pass For Review Petitioner: Mr.Abishek Jenasenan For Respondents : Mr.K.Magesh ORDER The learned counsel for the review petitioner submitted that the direction given to the 3rd respondent should be issued to the 2nd and 4th respondents alone. In the order itself, it has been observed that the representations already sent by the petitioner to the 5th respondent were redirected to the 3rd and 4th respondents. However, these respondents have not considered the request or passed any order. 2. Considering the representation now made by the review petitioner, it is appropriate to issue a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 instead of issuing directions to the 3rd respondent. Therefore, the Registry is directed to replace https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis REV.APLW No. 91 of 2024 the below portion in the order dated 12.02.2024 in W.P.No.15197/2021, instead of Paragraph No.6 and reissue a revised copy of the order to the parties.: "6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2020 and pass orders on its merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed." 3. In the result, this review petition is closed. No costs.
