1. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the State brought to notice of this Court, decision/letter of State Govt. dated 21.11.2025 rejecting proposal of respondent No.4 for permitting petitioner- college to run the Post Basic Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing course.
2. After going through the said letter/decision of State Govt., learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order/decision of State Govt. also by filing appropriate proceedings.
