This is the second round of litigation. In earlier round of litigation the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated March 17, 2023 had directed the petitioner to make the payment of entire amount in installments. The petitioner has once again approached this Court seeking the same relief for payment of dues in installments. It is to be noted that permanent disconnection has already been done in the case of the petitioner. Accordingly, now this Court is not in a position to grant him any relief. 3.
