2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Koderma.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that 115 grams of cannabis was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of small quantity.
4. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025.
