In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for grant of parole/ furlough before the competent authority. 4. Needless to state that if the petitioner files such application, let the same be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law. 5.
