The petitioner has filed present petition assailing the order dated 04.06.2025 whereby he has been declared surplus and also order dated KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.11.13 18:48:14 +0530 2 03.11.2025 and 18.07.2025 by which his representation has been rejected. 2. From bare perusal of the order dated 03.11.2025 passed by the Divisional Rationalization Committee, it is quite vivid that the strength of the school is 67 students, as such, one headmaster and three teachers are required to be posted, therefore, one headmaster who belongs to Arts Subject and one-one teacher belonging to Maths, English, Science subject have been posted. The petitioner being junior and belonging to Maths subject has been declared surplus. As such, I am of the view that no anomaly has been committed by the respondents in declaring the petitioner as surplus which warrants interference by this Court. 3.
