This matter has been listed for correction in the Supplementary List under the heading “To Be Mentioned”. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has pointed out a typographical mistake in paragraph 4 of the order dated 28.07.2025. 3. I have perused paragraph 4 and I find that an inadvertent typographical mistake has crept in paragraph 4. 4. Accordingly, paragraph 4 be replaced by the fresh sentences which read as follows:- “Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. Accused/petitioner shall furnish bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one registered surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge under the N.D.P.S. Act, Darjeeling subject to further condition that he shall meet with the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the submission of chargesheet. It has further been added that upon filing of the chargesheet, the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Trial Court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. The petitioner shall also not leave the 2 jurisdiction of the learned Trial Court without prior permission until further orders.” 5. This order shall form part of the order dated 28.07.2025. 6. However, the other remaining portion of the order dated 28.07.2025 shall remain unaltered. 7.
