YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2025.11.19 19:04:50 +0530 2 3 The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayers:- “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authorities to consider the said post EMT Emergency Mdical Technicial of all chhattisgarh employee should not be removed on the basis of the petitioner's experience and should be re-appointed to the said post and further directed the respondents to issue reappointment orders in favour of petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate direction/order to respondent to allow the petitioner to continue as said post EMT. 10.4 That, any other relief which the Hon'ble Court may deemed fit and proper also be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 4 Today, when the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present nor any representation made on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition on repeated calls and it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter, as such this Court has left with no other option, but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. 5 Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
