This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Principal Judge Family Court Azamgarh to decide the Case no. 09 of 2023 (Rohit Gond Versus Kiran Gond) under section 25 Guardian and words Act within stipulated period. And/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." It is contended that the case filed under Section 25 of Guardians and Wards Act is pending consideration, which has been registered as Case No.09 of 2023. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the sole respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh to decide the Case No.09 of 2023 filed under Section 25 of Guardians and Wards Act, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
