Appellate Court in CRA-99-2025 titled as Kuldeep Versus Ram Devi alias Ramdei to the effect of imposing condition of deposit of 20% of compensation amount in complaint case U/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act bearing Criminal Case No. 997 of 2019 Date of Institution 28.03.2019/25.07.2019 titled as Ram Devi @ Ramdei Versus Kuldeep vide judgment dated 20.02.2025 and order of sentence Dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by Ld. JMIC Kaithal, in the interest of justice, fair play and equity.
