A Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India read with section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of the FIR No.1064/2023 under Section 323/341/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi in view of the mediated Settlement dated 28.12.2023 between Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2. 2. The Respondent No.2 has appeared through V.C and has submitted that after the first motion divorce was granted, the Petitioners have been extending incessant threats and she is traumatized and does not want to comply with the terms of the mediated Settlement. 3. Considering that the Respondent No.2 is not ready for quashing in terms of the Settlement, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file the appropriate proceedings. 4.
