Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the respondent to conduct fair and proper investigation in time bound manner in case bearing FIR No.749 dated 30.08.2016 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 379 and 511 of IPC at Police Station Sadar Karnal, District Karnal and to take appropriate action against actual accused involved in the aforementioned FIR.
