1. The present CRMP has been filed with the petitioners with the following prayer :-
“a. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records/case diary pertaining to the Crime No. 59/2022 of Police station Pali, District Korba (C.G.) for perusal of this Hon'ble Court. b. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order to quash the First Information Report, further investigation against the present petitioners and he may kindly be discharged from the offences under section 294, 34, 341, 427, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. c. Any other relief may also be granted to the petitioners which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law as the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court.
