(Oral) By way of instant petition, very innocuous prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner to issue direction to Financial Commissioner (Appeals), to decide her Revision Petition No.112 of 2023, in a time bound manner. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General states that revision petition, detailed hereinabove, if not already decided, shall be decided expeditiously. 3. Consequently, in view of fair stand adopted by learned Additional Advocate General, present petition is disposed of, with the direction to Financial Commissioner (Appeals), to decide the pending 2025:HHC:2638 2 revision petition of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as other stakeholders and pass speaking order thereafter.
