The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents particularly the Respondent herein in respect of registering FIR, conducting proper investigation and to arrest to the accused in spite of complaint dated 28-08- 2025 to the Respondent and representations made to the higher officials by making specific allegations against the unofficial respondent herein as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the Statutory Rights guaranteed under the Relevant Statutes and consequently direct the 3RD Respondent to register FIR, conduct proper investigation in the above crime, and to pass such other, further order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit.”
2. Heard Sri T.Bala Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the representation made by the petitioner, the police are doing preliminary enquiry, after completing it they will take a decision over the matter. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
